What StreamVault IPTV Player is

StreamVault IPTV Player is a media player. It plays TV playlists (M3U or Xtream Codes) that you add yourself from a provider you choose. We don't provide, host, sell or endorse any TV channels or content, and we have no relationship with providers.

Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for having the legal right to watch everything you add. Don't use StreamVault IPTV Player to access content you aren't authorised to view. We may suspend accounts that are used to infringe others' rights.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure. You must be an adult (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You're responsible for activity on your account, including on the devices you sign in.

Free plan and Premium

• The free plan includes one playlist, live TV and one stream at a time, with no time limit.
• Premium adds unlimited playlists, movies and series, recordings, downloads and up to 5 devices and simultaneous streams, as described in the app.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Free trials turn into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before they end.
• Purchases and cancellations are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store's refund policy.
• The lifetime purchase gives Premium for as long as StreamVault IPTV Player is offered.
• We may change prices for future periods; you'll be told in advance and can cancel before a change applies.

Acceptable use

Don't attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, get around plan limits, share your account beyond your plan's device limit, or use StreamVault IPTV Player for anything unlawful.

Recordings and downloads

Recordings and downloads are for your personal, private viewing. They depend on the stream your provider supplies; protected (DRM) channels can't be recorded.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we discontinue StreamVault IPTV Player, we'll give reasonable notice.

Disclaimers

StreamVault IPTV Player is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that any provider's streams will be available or work, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post changes here and tell you in the app about significant ones. Continuing to use StreamVault IPTV Player after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
